LEGO RECOVERY MEETINGS/WORKSHOP

Adaptive - Recovery - Teaching

Join us for an 8-week adult recovery meeting & wellness workshop series designed to help with the recovery journey. Build community, gain tools to help the recovery journey and get support with mental health. Meetings held weekly for 8 weeks.

Meetings include:
-> Guided Group Discussions
-> Mindfulness techniques
-> LEGO Building Activities
